Accepting Invitations

This guide explains how to accept an invitation to join an existing Organization. Invitations allow administrators to grant access to additional users without sharing credentials.

To accept an invitation, you must have a Simplified Solutions account that uses the same email address the invitation was sent to.

Receiving the Invitation

When an administrator invites you to an Organization, you will receive an email containing an invitation key.

The email may include a direct link that automatically applies the invitation key when opened.

Signing In to Your Account

Before accepting the invitation, sign in to your Simplified Solutions account.

If you do not already have an account, create one using the same email address that received the invitation.

Accepting the Invitation

Once signed in, choose the option to join an existing Organization.

Enter the invitation key exactly as it appears in the email, or follow the link provided in the invitation message.

The system will validate the key and confirm your access level.

After Acceptance

After the invitation is accepted, the Organization will be added to your account.

You will immediately be able to view or manage the Organization based on the permissions assigned to you.

Access Levels

Your level of access is determined by the role selected when the invitation was sent.

If you have questions about your permissions, contact the administrator who sent the invitation.

If the Invitation Does Not Work

If the invitation key is rejected, confirm that:

  • You are signed in with the correct email address.
  • The invitation key was entered correctly.
  • The invitation has not expired or been revoked.

If issues persist, ask the Organization administrator to resend the invitation.
