Partner Best Practices

The Partner Program is designed to create long-term, sustainable relationships between you and the Organizations you refer. The following best practices will help you maximize results while maintaining clarity and trust with your customers.

Use Discount Codes Consistently

Always provide your discount code before a customer begins the Organization signup process. Because codes cannot be applied retroactively, consistency is critical.

  • Include your code in written communication
  • Provide copy-and-paste instructions when possible
  • Confirm that the code was entered before signup is completed

Set Clear Expectations

Be transparent about what Simplified Solutions provides and how billing works. Avoid making promises about features, pricing structures, or policies that are not documented in the official platform materials.

Clear communication builds trust and reduces confusion during onboarding.

Encourage Proper Onboarding

Guide new Organizations to:

  • Create their Organization correctly
  • Install agents on the appropriate devices
  • Complete billing setup

A properly onboarded Organization is more likely to remain active, which supports long-term payout stability.

Monitor Your Dashboard Regularly

Check the Partner Dashboard periodically to:

  • Confirm that new Child Organizations appear as expected
  • Review payout activity
  • Identify trends in subscription growth

Early visibility allows you to address questions or issues before they become larger problems.

Complete ACH Setup Early

Ensure that your ACH configuration is completed through Stripe as soon as possible. Delays in ACH setup will delay payout processing.

Focus on Long-Term Relationships

The Partner Program works best when built on ongoing relationships. Organizations that remain active and well-supported generate more consistent results over time.

Approach referrals as partnerships rather than one-time transactions.

Stay Aligned with Program Terms

Review the Partner Program Terms periodically. Payout rates, expiration timeframes, and policies may evolve over time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Maintaining alignment with program guidelines ensures uninterrupted access to Partner features and payouts.
