Monthly Payout Runs

Partner payouts are issued automatically through a monthly payout run. This document explains how the monthly payout process works and what you can expect.

Payout Date

Partner payouts are processed on the 1st of each month.

On that date, all eligible accrued earnings are included in the payout run, provided ACH has been properly configured and verified.

What Is Included in a Payout Run

Each monthly payout includes:

  • Accrued earnings from collected revenue
  • Only revenue that has passed invoice collection and validation
  • Amounts that are still within any applicable payout eligibility timeframe

Earnings that have not yet been collected or validated are not included until they become eligible.

Automatic Processing

The monthly payout run is fully automated. You do not need to request a payout or submit a claim.

If ACH is configured correctly, the payout will be initiated automatically to your connected bank account.

If ACH Is Not Configured

If ACH has not been completed through Stripe, payouts will not be sent. Eligible earnings will remain accrued and will be included in a future payout once ACH setup is complete.

After the Payout Is Sent

Once a payout is processed, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Your Partner Dashboard will reflect updated totals after the payout run is completed.

Ongoing Cycle

The payout cycle repeats automatically each month. As new revenue is collected from Child Organizations, daily accruals continue and are included in future monthly payout runs.

This predictable, automated model ensures that payouts are consistent and aligned with collected revenue.
