What Happens if ACH Is Not Configured

Partner payouts are delivered via ACH. If ACH has not been configured for your Partner account, payouts cannot be sent and will be deferred until ACH setup is completed.

What Happens to Your Earnings

If you have earned Partner payouts but have not completed ACH onboarding, your earnings will remain accrued in your Partner account.

They will not be forfeited solely due to missing ACH configuration. Instead, they will remain pending until you complete the Stripe ACH onboarding process.

When Payments Resume

Once your ACH details are successfully configured and verified, any eligible unpaid earnings will be included in the next scheduled payout.

Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month. If ACH is completed after a payout has already been processed for that month, payment will be included in the following month’s payout cycle.

Delays and Expiration Considerations

If your Partner agreement includes a payout expiration timeframe, that expiration still applies regardless of whether ACH is configured. Delaying ACH setup does not extend payout eligibility periods.

For this reason, it is recommended that you complete ACH onboarding as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

How to Complete ACH Setup

You can configure ACH at any time by navigating to the Partner section of the portal and starting the Stripe onboarding process. Once completed, payouts will resume automatically according to the regular monthly schedule.
