Configure Notifications
This guide explains how to configure email notifications so you receive status updates and summaries at a frequency that works for you. Notification settings are managed per user and can be changed at any time.
Notifications are designed to keep you informed without requiring constant logins or manual checks.
Where to Configure Notifications
Notification settings are located under My Profile in the portal.
Each user controls their own notification preferences. Changes apply only to your account.
Status Notice Frequency
The Status Notice Frequency setting controls how often summary notifications are sent.
Available options include:
- Daily, which sends a summary once per day.
- Weekly, which sends a summary once per week.
- Never, which disables summary notifications.
Choose a frequency that matches how closely you want to monitor system activity.
What Notifications Include
Status notifications typically include:
- An overview of device health.
- Alerts or issues that occurred during the reporting period.
- High-level security and maintenance activity.
Notifications summarize activity rather than listing every event.
When Notifications Are Sent
Daily and weekly notifications are sent on a scheduled basis.
If you recently changed your notification settings, allow time for the next scheduled notification to occur.
Updating Your Preferences
You can return to your profile at any time to change notification settings.
Adjusting frequency does not affect device monitoring or protection; it only controls how often you receive email updates.
If Notifications Are Not Arriving
If notifications are enabled but not arriving, check your spam or junk folder and verify that your email address is correct.
Reviewing notification settings is a good first step before contacting support.
