Viewing Child Organizations in the Partner Dashboard

Once customers begin signing up using your discount codes, their Organizations will appear in your Partner Dashboard. This dashboard provides a centralized view of all Child Organizations associated with your Partner account.

Accessing the Partner Dashboard

Navigate to Partner > Partner Dashboard in the portal. This page displays a list of all Organizations that were created using your active discount codes.

What Information Is Displayed

For each Child Organization, the dashboard may display:

  • The Organization name
  • The subscription tier
  • The number of active devices
  • Status information related to payouts
  • Accrued earnings or payout summaries

This information allows you to monitor referral performance and understand how your Partner activity is translating into earnings.

How Organizations Appear

An Organization will appear in your dashboard automatically after:

  • The customer enters your valid discount code during signup
  • The Organization is successfully created
  • The subscription is activated

There is no manual linking process required.

What the Dashboard Does Not Provide

The Partner Dashboard does not grant administrative access to Child Organizations. You cannot manage their devices, billing, or settings unless you are separately invited as a member of that Organization.

The dashboard is intended solely for tracking referral relationships and monitoring payout-related activity.
