Sharing Discount Codes
After creating a discount code, the next step is sharing it with prospective customers. A discount code must be entered during Organization signup in order for the new Organization to be linked to your Partner account.
Where the Code Is Entered
During the Organization creation process, there is a field labeled Discount Code. The customer must enter your code in this field before completing signup.
If the code is valid and active, the associated discount will be applied automatically and the Organization will be connected to your Partner account.
Ways to Share Your Code
You may share your discount code through any channel you prefer, including:
- Email communication with prospects
- Your website or landing pages
- Social media
- Direct referral conversations
Because the code must be typed exactly as created, it is recommended to:
- Copy and paste the code when possible
- Double-check spelling and capitalization
- Avoid including extra spaces before or after the code
Important Limitations
Discount codes must be entered during the initial Organization signup process. They cannot be applied after the Organization has already been created.
If a customer forgets to enter your code during signup, the Organization will not be associated with your Partner account.
Tracking Usage
Once a discount code is used successfully, the resulting Organization will appear in your Partner Dashboard. From there, you can monitor linked Organizations and track payout activity.
