How Partner Payments Are Sent
This document explains how Partner payouts are delivered through the Simplified Solutions Partner Program. Partner payouts are sent via ACH, which requires you to provide a valid bank account before payouts can be issued.
Payout Method
All Partner payouts are sent using ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers to the bank account you provide in the portal.
ACH is used because it is secure, widely supported by financial institutions, and well suited for recurring monthly payouts.
Payout Schedule
Partner payouts are issued on the 1st of each month.
Each payout covers the eligible Partner earnings that have been accrued during the prior period and are ready to be paid.
What You Need to Do
To receive payouts, you must complete your ACH setup in the Partner section of the portal. Until ACH information is on file, payouts cannot be sent.
After ACH details are entered and saved, payouts will be delivered automatically according to the monthly schedule.
Important Notes
- Payouts are only sent for earnings that are eligible and available to be paid.
- If your ACH information is missing or invalid, payouts will be delayed until the issue is corrected.
- Once a payout is sent, it may take additional time to appear in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
