What a Child Organization Is
A Child Organization is any Organization that signs up for Simplified Solutions using one of your active Partner discount codes. Once created, that Organization becomes associated with your Partner account for tracking and payout purposes.
How a Child Organization Is Created
A Child Organization is automatically created when a new customer:
- Begins the Organization signup process
- Enters your active discount code
- Completes registration and activates their subscription
The association happens at the time of signup and does not require manual approval from you.
What This Means for You
Once linked, the Child Organization:
- Appears in your Partner Dashboard
- Is included in payout calculations according to your Partner terms
- Remains associated with your account based on your payout agreement and expiration timeframe
What Does Not Create a Child Organization
An Organization will not become a Child Organization if:
- Your discount code is not entered during signup
- The code is invalid or expired
- The Organization was created before the code was provided
Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to existing Organizations.
Ongoing Relationship
After creation, the Child Organization operates independently. You do not automatically gain administrative access to that Organization unless you are separately invited.
Your relationship to a Child Organization is limited to referral tracking and payout eligibility under your Partner agreement.
